This wine is a product of two friends from Bishop CA one raises cattle and the other owns Eastern Sierra Cellars, together they thought a wine Called McCoy Cattle Cabernet would be fun to drink with their friends and family so here it is! This wine has rich aromas of pear and white fruit with a hint of vanilla resulting in a refreshing finish pairs well with fish, birds, cheese and your favorite cut of Montana Beef we drink it with everything!
